Strongman Training

Work Harder Fitness specializes in strength and conditioning. In particular, Strongman/Strongwoman training.

Strongman was started on the farms and in the pubs from years gone by when everybody wanted to prove that they were stronger than the other person. Strongman is all about figuring out who can move the most amount of weight with the most amount of style!

The sport of Strongman prides itself on lifting the heaviest and weirdest objects around. We use barbells and plates, but we also use rocks, concrete, steel, and even trucks from time to time.

WHF owner Greg Orosz has been a Strongman in training since 2012. With years of experience in the sport, we look forward to helping you elevate your training to the next level!
